주식회사 토글캠퍼스(이하 "회사")는 「개인정보 보호법」 및 관련 법령을 철저히 준수하며 이용자의 개인정보 보호와 권익 보장을 최우선 가치로 삼습니다. 회사는 개인정보의 투명하고 안전한 관리를 위해 다음과 같은 개인정보 처리방침을 마련하고 있습니다.본 방침은 회사가 운영하는 웹사이트(invector.co, xbrl.invector.co)와 Excel 플러그인 서비스를 포함한 회사의 모든 서비스 이용자에게 적용됩니다.

2. 개인정보 보유 기간 

회사는 원칙적으로 개인정보 수집 및 이용 목적이 달성된 후 3년간 개인정보를 보관하며, 이후 지체 없이 파기합니다. 다만, 법령에서 요구하는 경우 다음 기간 동안 정보를 보관합니다.

• 계약 및 청약철회, 대금결제, 재화 공급 기록: 5년

• 소비자 불만 또는 분쟁 처리 기록: 3년

3. 개인정보 처리의 위탁 및 국외 이전

4. 개인정보의 파기 절차 및 방법 

개인정보는 처리 목적이 달성되거나 보유기간 경과 시 즉시 파기됩니다.

• 전자적 파일: 재생 불가능한 기술적 방법으로 영구 삭제

• 종이 문서: 분쇄기 이용 분쇄 또는 소각

5. 이용자 및 법정대리인의 권리와 행사방법 

이용자 또는 법정대리인은 언제든지 개인정보의 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 요청 시 이메일(webmaster@togglecampus.com)을 통해 접수되며 즉시 처리됩니다.

6. 자동 수집 장치의 설치·운영 및 거부 

회사는 쿠키(cookie)를 이용하여 개인 맞춤 서비스를 제공할 수 있습니다. 이용자는 웹 브라우저 설정을 통해 쿠키의 저장을 거부하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다. 다만 쿠키 사용 거부 시 일부 서비스 이용에 제한이 있을 수 있습니다.

ToggleCampus Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) values the protection of users’ personal information and complies strictly with the Personal Information Protection Act and related laws and regulations. The Company prioritizes the protection of users’ rights and ensures transparent and secure handling of personal data.
